Colleen Killbane

Colleen Kilbane is a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry.  At Stratos Wealth Partners, she leads the Advisor Onboarding and Operations Departments which are primarily responsible for successfully transitioning newly onboarded advisors from various custodians to the Stratos platform as well as supporting advisors in all operational aspects of their business.

In her previous roles, Colleen managed various operational units with McDonald Investments and Key Investment Services.  She most recently served as the Director of Operations with Equity Trust Company, managing multiple business units, and expanding her knowledge in alternative investments.  She has a strong track record of implementing operational change to support company growth and profitability as well as providing strategic direction with a data driven approach.

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Cleveland State University as well as FINRA Series 99 & 7 licenses.  She currently resides in a suburb of Cleveland, OH, with her husband and son.  Outside of her professional life, Colleen enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends as well as attending her son’s many sporting events.
